Svetlin Roussev
Svetlin Roussev has won numerous prizes from prestigious international competitions, such as Indianapolis, Long-Thibaud, and Melbourne.
He has worked with such conductors as L. Fleisher, Y. Menuhin, J. Axelrod, Jean-Jacques Kantorow.
He is invited to perform regularly at festivals, like the Festival Gabriel Fauré, Festival de Radio-France in Montpellier, Festival of Kuhmo in Finland...
He is also co-organizer of the festival Les Classiques de Val d'Isere and is member of the Roussev-Salque-Rozanova Trio and Tanguisimo Tango Band.
Mr. Roussev was appointed concertmaster of the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France in 2005.
Since 2007, he has also been principal guest concertmaster of the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra. He was awarded two prestigious Bulgarian prizes - Musician of the year 2006 and Cristal Lyre 2007.
Since September 2008, he has been professor in violin at the Paris National Conservatoire.
