Ivona Nedeva is a well known flutist, who has been active in the musical life of Bulgaria and abroad. Graduated MA at "Prof. Pancho Vladigerov" Music Academy in Sofia.
Throughout the years of her creative life she has participated many times in the master classes of some of the most famous flutists of our time, such as: Philippe Bernold, Patrick Gallois and Andrash Adorian. She begins her career in the Varna Philharmonic Orchestra and has held the position of first flutist for over 20 years.
During the period 2000 - 2014 she was invited and took active participation in the concert performances of the Sofia Philharmonic Orchestra, Bulgarian National Radio, New Symphonic orchestra and Classic FM Orchestra.
As a soloist and performer in different chamber formations she took part in a number of national and foreign festivals such as “Varna Summer” Fest, “March Music Days”, International Festival "The Art of Baroque", Rio Harp Festival and "Days of the Chamber Music" Dobrich.
In 2007 she was awarded "Musician of the Year" in the section “Еnsembles” by BNR “Allegro Vivace”.
Recently she has devoted herself entirely to chamber music and is actively performing in Bulgaria and France.
