The Open – Air Theatre is located in the central part of the Sea Garden of Varna, next to the National Revival Alley. Since its construction in 1957, the Open-air Theatre is a stage for theatre and opera performances, festivals and concerts. It offers over 2000 seats and its stage has an area of 250 square meters decorated with natural green vegetation.
The Open-air Theatre hosts concerts and opera performances as part of the program of Varna Summer International Music Festival, Opera at the Summer Theatre, the International Folklore Festival. The unique and mystical atmosphere, as well as its central location, make this open-air stage an attractive and favourite place for Varna residents and guests of the city during the summer months.
