Fritz Kreisler was one of the most celebrated violinists of the 20th century, known and loved by the audience for his unique style, innovations and virtuosity. Kreisler incorporated Viennese themes, Eastern modes and harmonic cadenzas into his sparkling works. Some of the best composers created concerts and violin pieces especially for him. In Varna, we will mark Kreisler’s 150th anniversary with a special concert of the Kreisler Trio Wien alongside the charming Bulgarian pianist Dora Deliyska, musicians who had built an impressive career in the capital of Austria.
